Dependent on the nature of your business, following an initial consultation with Links, you will be provided with a comprehensive proposal document highlighting the procedures, timescales and associated costs of establishing your business.

Under UAE Commercial Law it is prescribed that the majority shareholding of, for example, a limited liability company, is held by a UAE National individual or company. It is suspected that this law will change in favour of the foreign party in the near future. However, it is vital for protection of the foreign party's interest to ensure that recognised legal documentation is in place to ensure ownership and control rests with the foreign party. Links Group can assist you in this regard.

Working with Links Group, a full Power of Attorney is granted to all foreign companies established within the group to ensure they control and manage their own financial arrangements.

Acting as a local partner to many foreign companies, it is the practice of Links to hold the 'partner's' shareholding in Trust for the foreign party in return for an annual flat feerather than profit/equity share.

The fee is calculated, negotiated and agreed between you and Links dependent on a number of factors such as: nature of business, number of personnel to be employed, special permits required etc.

The fact that the Links corporate vehicle [Links Commercial Brokers LLC] is owned by the Chief Notary Public of the Department of Justice satisfies our clients that the fullest possible protection is afforded to the foreign party.

Fortunately, the Links Government Liaison team working closely with our own Local Service Agent (a former Director of the Ministry of Labour) we are able to facilitate this process in a straight forward and timely manner. Assuming correct documentation is submitted to Links......we guide you through this process.....a visa should be issued within 30 working days following receipt of all correct documentation.
